Reliance Group Nepal, the exclusive distributor of CFMOTO in Nepal, has announced the CFMOTO Adventure Ride 2024: Upper Mustang – a thrilling expedition designed to highlight the powerful performance of the newly launched 450MT Adventure Touring Motorcycle.

After its reveal at the NADA Auto Show 2023, the 450MT has quickly become a favorite among adventure riders. Now, enthusiasts can put it to the test on a breathtaking journey through Nepal's rugged terrain. This adventure will run from December 2 to December 8, 2024, taking riders on a challenging 1,000-kilometer route from Kathmandu to the Korala Border in Upper Mustang.

Setting off from Kathmandu on December 2, participants will journey through Nepal's diverse landscapes, with stops at Chitwan National Park, Tansen, Kalapani, the sacred Muktinath, and Lomanthang, culminating at the breathtaking Korala Border. This route combines scenic beauty, technical off-road challenges, and rich cultural encounters, promising an unforgettable adventure.

“This ride embodies the very essence of adventure. Riders will chart untamed trails and uncover Nepal’s hidden gems aboard a motorcycle crafted to dominate any terrain,” said Ujjwal Joshi, Managing Director of Rishi Trade Centre, distributor for CFMOTO Nepal. “It’s a true test of endurance, exploration, and the spirit of motorcycling.”

The CFMOTO 450 MT is powered by a 450cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that produces approximately 44 bhp at 9500 RPM and 44 Nm at 7600 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. 

The 450 MT comes equipped with fully adjustable suspension, including a KYB USD fork with 200mm travel up front and a monoshock rear. It features disc brakes at both ends with Bosch switchable ABS and traction control. Additional features include a TFT display with smartphone connectivity, 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels, a generous fuel tank capacity of 17.5 litres, 220mm ground clearance, 820mm seat height, LED lighting, and more.
